It is cellar worthy, yet friendly and approachable now. Composition 60% Cabernet Sauvignon 40% Merlot Harvesting By hand in predominantly dry land bush vines located 500 meters above sea level. Harvesting takes place in late March. Cellar Treatment Following 24 hours of skin contact to obtain the desired color and flavor, fermentation is started with selected yeasts strains under controlled conditions at 27 °C. The wine is aged in 70% French and 30% American oak for eight months. Color Rich plum with touches of vibrant red. Aroma The tannin and spice of the Cabernet Sauvignon form the backbone and aftertaste, while the Merlot contributes silkiness and fruit aromas on the nose.
